"A friendly, relaxed and supportive environment in which to create and gain useful feedback from fellow writers. Whatever your previous experience or project, whether it's a small sketch, short story or novel, you can sense the writing improve week by week." - G. Taylor

"The course is excellent and Rosemary's input as the facilitator has been invaluable in encouraging me to progress with my writing.  I have grown in confidence because of her encouragement and the generous way she shares knowledge, insight and experience. It has also been useful to hear what others have written and to hear them share their doubts and struggles with the group." - D. Hadland

Is your writing getting bogged down or blocked? Is there something amiss and you’re not sure what? Or is your writing flowing beautifully and you’d just like the regular company of other writers to help you enjoy it more? Or are you new to writing and would like the guidance of an experienced facilitator and the support and encouragement of other writers?

Each week you will read from your work in progress and receive constructive feedback in a supportive atmosphere. You will discuss any writing difficulties you have in a sympathetic group and try writing exercises that can help. You will study the greats to see how they surmounted problems like the first line, the last line and the sag in the middle.

To book your place for the series, please scroll to the bottom of this page or call 02074079316. If you would like to pay on per session basis, just fill in the form below or call us so we know you're attending and simply pay when you arrive.
