After business hours between 7pm to 9pm on weekdays. For events during business hours or weekends, please contact us via email. We'll do our best to accommodate you. I have a date in mind, is this date available? We host quite a few author events, performances and other events throughout the year, so if you have a date in mind, please check our calendar to ensure that this date is available. How much does it cost?(Note: Prices below do not incl VAT) Hire Costs For after-hour events between 7pm to 9pm - £200 *For individuals and non profit organisations, a 50% discount rate applies Can you do catering, supply wine and drinks, AV or presentation equipment etc for my event? We're sorry but we do not allow food and drinks from outside the premises into our venue. If you require food and drinks, we can organise these for you depending on your requirements and these will incur an additional charge. Our costs take into consideration the provision of glasses, plates, cutlery and cleaning up after the event. Below is an indication of catering, drinks and AV costs: WINE: Our house red wine and white wine is charged at £8 per bottle CATERING: On average, the provision of finger food or hot food will cost around £5 per head. We reserve the right to quote you a higher cost in the event you would like more elaborate canapes or food offering SNACKS & SOFT DRINKS: We can organise these for you based on your budget COFFEE/TEA: Self-service coffee and tea (35-40 servings) £40 AV EQUIPMENT HIRE: We can provide all or part of the following listed items for an event.
